From Sngine v2.9 and Sngine support offers module.
Only pages can publish offers and to enable this feature you will need to enable from admin panel -> settings -> system settings -> modules
Note: Only pages can publish jobs and offers
After that any page admin can publish offers from his page publisher like this
And the final result will be like this:
Also your users will be able to see Offers section from left side panel and start browsing all offers available
